How it works

Three steps. Then it runs on its own.

    Log in with Meta to connect your Instagram account or Facebook Page. FastDM never sees your password.

  2. Choose a post and a keyword

    Pick a Reel or post. Write the word people should comment, your public reply, and the DM with your link.

  3. FastDM does the replying

    Every comment with your keyword gets your reply and your DM, usually within seconds. Pause or edit it any time.

Is this allowed by Instagram and Facebook?

Yes. FastDM uses Meta's official API, the one Meta offers businesses for answering comments and messages. You connect with Meta's own login, and you can remove FastDM's access at any time.

Which accounts can I connect?

An Instagram Business or Creator account, and a Facebook Page you manage. Personal Instagram accounts and personal Facebook profiles can't be connected, because Meta only allows messaging from professional accounts and Pages.

Which posts does it work on?

Instagram Reels, posts and carousels, and posts on your Facebook Page. Instagram Stories aren't supported.

How fast is the reply?

Usually within seconds. Meta tells FastDM about each comment as soon as it's posted. When many comments arrive at once, they're answered in turn, within Meta's sending limits.

Who gets the DM?

Anyone whose comment includes one of your keywords, in capitals or not: “Link please” and “LINK” both count. Other comments are ignored, and so are your own. Each comment gets one DM, because Meta allows one private reply per comment.

Can the DM use their name?

Yes. Add {first_name}, {username}, {account_name}, {post_title} or {post_url}, and FastDM fills them in for each person. Instagram doesn't share people's names, so on Instagram {first_name} becomes their username.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Keywords and messages can be in any language. Arabic keywords match with or without hamza, diacritics or tatweel, so الأسعار also matches الاسعار. Different words are still different keywords, so add each one your followers use, for example بكم and بكام. The dashboard is in Arabic too.

What happens after the 7 free days?

Your automations pause, and everything you set up is kept. Move to the $8 plan to switch them back on.

Do I need a credit card?

No. Sign up with your email, confirm it, and connect an account. Your 7 free days start then.

What can FastDM see?

Only what it needs to read the comments on your posts and send replies and DMs. The keys Meta gives FastDM are stored encrypted, and FastDM doesn't keep commenters' names or what they wrote. Disconnect an account and FastDM deletes it and its data.
